Mô tả công việc

- Checking the quantity, unit rate
- Preparing bill of quantity (BOQ) and measurement based on tender drawing & specification
- Preparing project schedule, tender schedule
- Setting up cost, budget, and scope of work for the project
- Preparing tender document of consultant package, contractor package
- Preparing tender reports, making recommendations on the award of the contract
- Preparing letter of acceptance, Fidic contract document
- Be responsible for contract administration, managing claims & certification, and monitoring payment of contractor
- Checking for variation order (V.O) and final account
- Managing and updating cost database

Yêu cầu công việc

- Age: From 26
- Gender: Male
- Bachelor or higher majoring in Civil engineering (or QS engineer)
- Experience: 3 years or more in QS at large-scale Contractor / Client of Residential projects.
- English: Construction major
