*RESPONSIBILITIES:

–Source, interview and manage candidate database actively

–Communicate all requirements of the job to the candidate

–Use persuasive ability to sell the job to the candidate and the candidate to the client

–Work with clients on sourcing purpose and recruitment process to accurately interpret clients’ person specification and identify suitable candidates through effective job matching

–Develop and maintain good relationships with core candidates to engage the talents community

–Monitor competitors’ activities & industry trends in the area

–Other tasks as assigned.

*REQUIREMENTS:

– Major in HR/ Office Admin/ B.A

–Fluent English

–Good communication skills.

  • Good taking care of client & talent relationship
  • Community-oriented persion
