Mô tả công việc

- Support in planning and implementing sales targets within the time and conditions allowed.

- Support sales staff to implement and complete the plans and goals.

- Proposing and developing new products and business plans to serve the development needs of enterprises

- Keep abreast of changes in the implementation of business plans, staff management, and overall work support

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, leaders and other employees in the company to ensure the successful implementation of all business plans

- Manage and supervise the daily work of sales department.

- Make regular and periodical work reports as required

- Guide, support and organize training when necessary for new employees

- Perform other job requirements assigned by superiors.


Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from University or higher, majoring in Economics, Business Administration.

- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales business

- International trading career is preferred

- Good English communication, (speaking and writing skills)

- High sense of responsibility at work

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Logical thinking and effective information and data collection and analysis skills.

- Ability to multitask, under pressure at work.

- Good leadership and communication skills.

- Decisive, fast problem-solving. Confident and strong at work

- Sociable, friendly personality. Have clear and specific career goals.

- High sense of responsibility at work.

- Salary from VND 17,000,000 to VND 21,000,000 (can be negotiated according to capacity)
