* Established in 1989, Young-inh is the leading international trading company in FERTIZER INDUSTRY and has served Vietnam market past 30 years.

* We have global offices - headquarter in Korea, Hanoi and HCMC offices in Vietnam, offices in Hong Kong and China, representative staffs in Cambodia and Myanmar, and agents in Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia

* Our product coverage includes raw materials to produce NPK, premium NPK products from Russia/Korea/Morocco/Saudi Arabia, specialty fertilizers (water soluble, soil enhancer, potassium nitrate, etc.)

* We are actively looking for young pro-active and dynamic candidates who can contribute and lead our business success for next 30 years

* The primary role is to cover the key clients in Vietnam, to manage the business operations for fertilizer importation and exports.

- Our client base includes private importers, directors at state-owned companies and very seniors in VN fertilizer industry. Business development and management with our key clients will be your work in YI.

- The operational management for importation (i.e. shipping schedule,payment processes, shipping documentations, business contracts, communications to HQ, etc.) is what you should be responsible for in daily work

* The business attitude and pro-activeness will be what we value the most, and you will work as a leader with authorities

* You should be an individual who has motivation to care for our clients, dealers, and eventually farmers, all under the chain of our supply system in Vietnam


* Market research the demands or current trends

* Marketing planning for any new upcoming products

* In charge of business development for new project of company

* Outline strategies and clear plans.

* Be independent for all activities as a multitasking person in trading field (expand your sales market, connect and find new customers; Conduct, process and complete commercial transactions; Take care, meet customers and write detailed reports)


Yêu cầu công việc

* English capability in writing and speaking

* Male, from 23 years old, open and embracing new challenges

* Graduation from Foreign Trade University / University of Agroforestry preferred

* Fertilizer sales experiences in Vietnam is a plus

* Positive and pro-active attitude
