Senior Front-end Developer

2. Mô tảcông việc – Job description

– Play an integral part of Scrum Team with high emphasis on implementing the data access layer of application code, business logic and UI

– Develop rich front-end applications using the latest front-end technology: REACT, Bootstrap, Highcharts, etc.

– Design efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications

– Participate in requirement analysis, estimation, and implementing existing proprietary applications to correct errors, improve performance and add new features

– Improve and optimize UI for maximum speed and responsiveness

– Keep end-user in mind and suggest ideas and improvements on features

– Have an active role in all features and design decisions, defining front-end architecture

– Involved in defining and applying development best practices in a large distributed development team

– Build reusable code and libraries for future use. Ensure and enhance the reliability standards of all code

– Ensure a high standard of work through code reviews, coaching, and management. Help set and enforce quality standards and best practices within the team.

– Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers.

– Assess technical debt and provide solutions and/or tools on how to address.

– Take ownership of the product from a technical perspective and be responsible to manage & support the services to the client. Provide as maximum as possible level of customer service to all customers (internal and external) regarding both time and quality aspects

– Work with UX designer to ensure technical feasibility and collaborate with back-end developers for integration

– Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization.

– Design and executive training, coaching to develop team

– Research and apply new & cool technologies

Qualifications

– B.S. Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

– At least 5 years of experience in Front-End

– Proven experience in Bootstrap, Jquery, ES6, React, including concepts like layout, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility

– Experienced in RESTful API integration

– Efficient with customising HTML5, CSS3

– Proficiency with Responsive Web Design

– Ability to perform well with front-end tools: Webpack, Gulp, Grunt

– Experience with ANT Design

– Experiences with Websocket, Git and Yarn
