Mô tả công việc

- Ensure all the documents down load and circulate on time by the team

- Ensure accurate costing is provided to customer within the deadlines; keeping in mind the department KPI targets on EPM

- Ensure all the developments are done correctly and timely.

- Make sure sample capacity is booked as per the customer requirement.

- Negotiate appropriate lead time, price and payment term from all suppliers.

- Ensure all the samples and developments are on track to meet OTT.

- Participate in weekly CP review meeting to ensure all necessary information is passed on to the relevant team.

- Ensure the RM prices and payment term are negotiated with suppliers

- Ensure the PO’s are raised on time with accurate information and does not exceed costed EPM

- Ensure supplier PI or any other official confirmation received timely manner with correct terms

- Make sure OTT is met within given window

- Make sure capacity is managed, utilised, released as per agreed dead line

- Necessary capacity is blocked with Embellishment / Washing plants and meets target TNA

- Closely follow up factory planning team to ensure bulk production is on track and per line plan

- Co Ordinate with relevant team on Testing samples / TOP samples or any other samples as per Customer requirement to meet OTD

- Monitor teams day to day activities and escalate potential issues to immediate supervisor in a timely manner.

- Closely monitor system related activities and approvals to ensure on time Sale Order closure.

- Provide details / clarifications to the management team on data circulated

- Check mails and respond within 24 hours.

- Communicate/get relevant information to keep all parties updated in timely manner.

- Follow-up with internal/external parties for all related documents to start, process and finish the assigned activity, in timely and organised manner.

- Organize daily work execution in line with team’s Time & Action plan.

- Other works assign by manager
