Mô tả công việc


● Manages teams of web developers located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

● Designs, develops, and maintains Java-based web applications.

● Assures the quality of the web applications developed by the teams under their management.

● Communicates with the senior management and reports the progress of development projects.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum qualifications:

● A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Mathematics; or equivalent experience in professional practices.

● Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL and Oracle.

● Software development experience in Java and basic knowledge of Java-based frameworks such as Spring and MyBatis.

● Web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

● 3 years of experience in leading software development projects or an engineering team.

● Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

● 10 years of experience in software development, or equivalent research achievement with an advanced academic degree in a relevant field.

● Demonstrated technical leadership to inspire engineering teams with technical directions.

● 3 years of experience leading an engineering team, collaborating with product managers and user experience designers.
