About the role

At Royal HaskoningDHV, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern (6 months) based in Viet Nam. Topics you can work on, for example, are Employer Branding, sourcing, target group analyses, devising (global) recruitment strategies with management, etc. You will be guided daily by an experience recruiter. You will have opportunities to get involved in the recruitment of some countries in the APAC region.

Core activities:

  • Support the recruitment and selection processes
  • Search for potential profiles
  • Support HR events related to Talent Acquisition/ Employer branding if any
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks and reports as required by the direct supervisor

About you

  • 3- 4th year students or fresh graduates (major: Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics…)
  • Passionate in Human Resources, especially recruitment
  • Basic understanding of Human Resources/ Talent Acquisition
  • Proactive, personable, careful, responsible, good problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese & English

  • A good internship allowance: VND4,000,000 for a full-time intern (about 40 hours per week) and VND2,000,000 for a part-time one (20 hours per week)
