We are looking for 2 Interns we’d like to train to become a Talent Recruiter (Technical Recruiter).

The Orange Group is founded in 2014 with the sole purposes to become the facilitator for services and
products primary related to the IT industry..

In 6 months we will train and coach you to become a qualified Talent Recruiter. Below is outlined what tasks are being expected and when you recognize yourself as result-oriented, proactive, extrovert and a strong ability to achieve your own sales targets, we’d like to help you to become a Talent Recruiter.
We expect you to be working at our office from Monday to Friday (09.30 – 18.30) where your desk and workstation will be present. Lunch and parking will be paid for and on top you will receive three million Vietnamese Dong monthly.

Talent recruiter tasks:
 Have sales talks with help from our scripts
 Discuss possibilities with a candidate
 Update candidate information in our website
 Keep in contact with potential candidates
 Communicate closely with your supervisor

After 6 months you will be ready to handle:
 Identify good candidates from sources as (social) media, networking.
 Search the best candidates, assess them and decide which one should be selected
 Handle confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits
 Meeting candidates in person, Skype or telephone to assess their qualifications
 Present candidate resumes to hiring clients
 Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
 Support the negotiation process
 Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s

Requirements:
 Able to work full time
Can communicate in English
