JOB DESCRIPTION

The Test Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of mission-critical, cloud-based software systems. You will work directly with software engineers and product managers in US, through all phases of the software development process to provide feedback on functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency of the software. You will evaluate current processes and implement improvements that will result in increased quality.

QUALIFICATION

  • Can quickly learn our products inside and out, understand user flows, and partner’s product for edge cases.
  • Can collaborate well. Communication is key in this position.
  • Generate and execute test cases.
  • Perform exploratory testing.
  • Learn the Client Track application

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • English communication is required (equivalent to TOEIC 600+, TOEFL IBT 17+ or IELTS 4+ – if applicable)
  • Strong troubleshooting & analyzing.
  • Understanding of user experience principles and processes.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
