Expected Length of Internship:

  • Duration: 3-6 months
  • As an internship company, we allow flexibility to enroll in classes while working as an intern, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the essential functions of the position.

BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS:

Follow and assist IT service process.

Initiate ideas and improvements for current practice of IT service:

  • IT service process improvement.
  • TERA Plant Floor Document Compilation.

    • Upon the completion of this internship, the intern is required to present their accomplishments and project summary to the leadership team.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Fresh graduates or last year students, specializing in IT related fields such as Computer Engineer
    • Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelors, Master’s or PhD program who is fulfilling a graduation requirement for their degree.
    • First Solar encourages all interns to register with their University.
    • Basic English speaking and writing skills
    • Good team work
    • Broad range of network and desktop knowledge is highly desirable, including:
      • OS: Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012
      • Applications: MS Office 2013, 2016 IE7, IE8, Custom FS Application experience preferred
      • Network TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, DHCP
