  • Key Responsibilities
    • Maintaining and executing the established Learning and Development (L&D) ecosystem as co-moderator.
    • Driving for small and rabbit improvement, process/methodology innovation, automation deployment for existing L&D’ processes and guidance.
    • Designing and/or piloting new L&D’ project/program and maintaining a healthy customer services.
    • Communicating and reporting to stakeholder and customer for L&D’ related works.
    • Co-conducting/-instruction/-facilitating/-producing L&D’ program, session, class in professional business manner.
  • Key Requirements:
    • 3rd/last year student at any major, however priority for Tech, Communication or IT.
    • Have expertise in Microsoft 365 Platform (mastery in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and basic experience in SharePoint, Automate, PowerApp).
    • Able to perform data research and analyze.
    • Experienced with e-Learning, self-learning and online learning environment.
    • Properly communication in English and able to present, write, and read.
    • Able to work with multiple focus, self-priority and maintain performance progress.
