Mô tả công việc

1. Organizing the implementation of the quality system according to SQM, ISO/IATF standards

2. Achieve in Quality Target in KPIs

3. Communication daily Quality performance to Management

4. Control of inspection measuring and test equipment (Calibration and MSA)

5. Conduct parts and product inspection and test at in coming, in-process and final stages

6. Process approval part during start Production. – 7. Plan, coordinate and implement the product/process audits;

8. To Coordinate the analysis of repeating problem from daily rejection.

9. Rejection Clearance as per Procedure – 10. Follow and Maintain QPR Status

11. Plan for reduction of PPM Level – 12. PDQA (Pre- Dispatch Quality Assurance) of all parts

13. Analyse internal and external NCs and initiate CA/PA to improve product quality

14. Analyse customer complaints and initate CA/PA to improve product quality

15. Accompany customer quality auditing, update procedures/ instructions, propose testing plan and inspection procedure.

16. Any Other Function assigned from time to time- At least 3 years relevant

Experience of Systematic Problem Solving Experience to Similar industry, electronics. Qualification: Electronic Engineering Prefer the Candidates living & near in Vinh phuc province
