Mô tả công việc

Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization. Regularly finding ways to improve the warehouse and stockrooms. Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads Create, initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. Create warehouse procedures, plans, and regulations that would keep the warehousing operation efficient. Strategically manage warehouse and stock rooms. Plan daily work, assign tasks appropriately and evaluate results. Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report ETC.) Manage and train all stockkeepers. Ensure stocking height is limited to 4 racks (FG) and 4 bundles (Lumber) Work with purchaser, suppliers and transport companies during loading and unloading. Maintain standards of health and safety and security. Make sure all non-personnel of the warehouse and stockroom follow procedure when requesting or taking materials or FG. Making sure fire prevention system (incl. fire extinguisher) inside the warehouse are working properly. Checking all warehouse and stockroom doors are locked properly before leaving the company. Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution. Make sure to use First-In First-Out. Work with forklift driver and make sure they are stocking safely and properly. All raw material shall be below 12%MC. Manage raw material (lumbers, plywood, mdf and others) stock control together with the purchaser. Regularly check inventory for discrepancies. Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock. Weekly checking all raw materials quantities are all correct. Weekly finish goods reconciliation with sales officer. Make sure container reports are done kept on one file. Work with Logistic Officer if there are issues with the container

Yêu cầu công việc

Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager. Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases. Leadership skills and ability to manage staff. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Good English communication skill.

- LCB thử việc cho LĐPT: 4.650.000 + cơm 30k/ngày (thử việc 1 tháng)

- LCB chính thức cho LĐPT: 5.000.000 + PC 800.000 + cơm 30k/ngày

QUYỀN LỢI:

- Thưởng lương tháng 13, thưởng lễ, 14 ngày phép năm/ năm.
