工作内容
Job description:
– Coordinate with internal team to make sure that deliveries will be sent on time following deadlines
– Working with supplier/vendor to manage and execute social/digital tasks on social channels
– Alert problems if any and propose solution to line manager during the campaign
– Checking and revising the weekly and final campaign report from supplier reflect on project progress to line manager
– Arrange the internal meeting & handle paperwork.
Job requirements:
– Final year or recently graduated students
– Major in Journalism, Communication, Marketing/ Digital or passion in Content Marketing
– Must demonstrate excellent professional verbal and written communications skills in both English & Vietnamese;
– Applicants should have strong attention to details with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast paced environment;
– Strong computer skills with proficiencies in Excel & PowerPoint and other related programs.
– Full-time intern period: 02 – 03 months (Monday – Friday)
– Professional & efficient English communication (equivalent IELTS 6.0)
Working Place & Time:
– Time: 9AM – 6PM, Monday to Friday
– Place: FIT24 Building, 1 Ba Thang Hai Str. Dist. 10 HCMC
