职位描述
- Serve as the main point of contact all matters related to client concerns and needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas;
- Prepare reports on account status;
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory;
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed;"
工作要求
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager position
- At least 02 years working in IT Industry
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Good communication skills – oral, written and presentation to influence key stakeholders internally and externally
- Ability to develop and implement account plans and strategies to achieve sales objectives
- Demonstrates self-drive and initiative;
- Good judgement and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient (Intermediate) in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint),
- Proficient in Spoken and Written English.
- Knowing Cantonese is an advantage
