- Develop an annual marketing strategic plan through evaluating the household market in general and the industry group market requested by the CMO in particular or conduct specialized reports in the field of responsibility to detect opportunities for new products or improvements to existing products by satisfying unmet or incompletely met needs of consumers of consumers

- Implement Marketing plans of Brands: Coordinate with divisions, departments throughout the Company and external partners to jointly implement Marketing plans of Brands: To hand over NETSALES, VOLUME, MARKET SHARE goals , PROFIT through increasing brand health

- Coordinate or conduct market research (Market Research, MR) to survey and evaluate ideas for deployed products or needs that have not been met or have been met but not sufficiently to propose ideas new product

+ Filtering& selecting NPD ideas for R&D

+ Coordinate R&D Dept. during product development

+ Coordinate with MR to evaluate the NPD prototypes

+ Creative coordination of packaging design

- Develop segmentation strategy, positioning, overall integrated communication plan to carry out communication for all products

- Product Naming, registering trademark protection & web domain name

- Value analysis, profitability and pricing strategy

- Create a Marketing plan to launch new products (4P: Product, Price, Promotion, Place)

- Develop a roadmap to launch new products to replace existing products according to the companys BCG Matrix and product Road Map

- Coaching and training the team through on-the-job training, mentoring (70-20-10) and coordinating training for sales staff about the products they are in charge.

- Develop and apply Marketing management tools & Build, complete and improve process systems

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, Marketing Management, and Commercial Management

- Have at least 5 years of experience in marketing in the electronics industry at your country and at least 1 year of experience managing electronics/Consumer Good Brand Manager or Deputy Manager worth over 10 million USD/year

- Proficient in English in 4 skills (speaking, reading, writing, listening)

- Very proficient in office information technology (Microsoft office)

- Ability to analyze, synthesize, plan, organize and update, process information and coordinate and lead internal teams and other departments to deliver the companys common goals.

- Ability to work independently or in groups, have high ownership of work and team leadership, and can withstand high work pressure
