In charge of all external communication. He/She is responsible for pushing the visibility of Decathlon in the catchment zone’s of the Hanoi stores in specific and in Hanoi city in general. The final target is to increase brand awareness and to bring traffic to all business units of Hanoi.

Responsibilities

Co built with City Leader and National Com leader the Hanoi Communication strategy.

- To build and to continuously develop a framework in approaching partners (including politics, business..) and manage their relationship for Decathlon business growth.

- To accompany with national marcom leader in negotiation with key partners in co-branding events.

- To lead, animate and manage all tactics serving for Hanoi marketing communication strategies.

- To lead the operation and co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to advance city marcom strategies and tactics.

- To manage all means of communication for all external marcom actions:

  • Define materials, channels, budget, timeline & KPIs
  • Manage cost, quality, lead time of delivery & KPIs
  • Manage agencies (advertising, designers, printers) and relating cross-functional teams

- Manage my activity and measure value creation (Yearly budget, Debrief of each campaign and measure the impact)

- Have strong experience in content creation and media management

- Catch the trends in social media & communication

- Have strong experience in marketing sport events

- Analyze the behavior of users and sports competitors based on their benchmark. Design innovative interactions and services for Decathlon’s target C-USERS

  • Traffic growth %
  • Assisted notoriety: recognition of a brand from a list proposed to respondents.
  • Spontaneous awareness: unaided brand recognition (list).
  • Top of Mind notoriety: spontaneous top-of-mind notoriety. Measured by the percentage of people who spontaneously quote a brand as their first response.
  • Qualified awareness: more information is requested.
  • Budget managed = Budget achieved
