You’re a talented leader, skilled at managing staff and optimizing operations? Ready to take on final responsibility as the top manager of a thriving business? Responsibilities

  • Top leader of the business with final responsibility for profit, growth & people.
  • You only report directly to the owner on a weekly basis
  • Professionalize and transform operations from owner-led to GM-led best practices.
  • Manage a team of 8-13 people, providing guidance, support, and training
  • Improve operational efficiencies through automation, continuous process optimization and training
  • Develop/Improve SOPs and other business structures (org chart, KPIs, POS, etc)
  • Phase 1: Optimize. Phase 2: Expand

  • Ready to take final responsibility as the top manager of the whole business
  • Small brick and mortar business leadership experience (F&B, small hotel or other)
  • Talented & experienced at building and improving business structures to fit the complex needs of the business
  • Strong track record in leading teams, businesses and growing profitability.
  • Excellent people & communication skills
  • Skilled at enabling staff to do their best work through training, SOPs and following up
  • High level of English fluency
  • Ideally: ability to effectively work with technical experts to setup business software (ERP, CRM, POS, booking system, etc) and automations tailored to specific business needs
  • Ideally, experience in business growth and expansion.
