Main Task:

  • Welcome guess , answer phone, take care of main doors to ensure first professional company image
  • Handle Cards (Taxi , Access…), borrowing, type billl, fill data, payment to guarantee smoothly moving activity
  • Responsible for lobby , to ensurenice & tidy workingspace
  • Inform Building Management of damage building facility, provide Users information related to Building . On behalf of Adminto acknowledge Users request & transfer to PIC
  • Coordination between Supplier, Partner, Depts, Line Manager, handle with issue in own field
  • Contribute idea,create proposal, process update information to improvecompany procedure. Perform master in own field
  • Other tasks are assigned from Admin Manager

Support Task:

  • Willing to support Admin Team & Other Depts as capacityto help Users focus on their main function
  • Backup Admin Team in some other project related to Admin

工作要求

  • At least graduated from College
  • Basic Computer Skillto create files, search internet…
  • Basic General English to understand exactly & feedback right to Users
  • Good communication skill
  • Time Management skill to ensure meet deadline in data & report
