职位描述
- Conduct online/offline sessions at Axcela or at the client site;
- Motivate students to practice on App (American listening and speaking practice software) via phone/ Skype;
- Assure each student achieves their goal-practice time per week on App and quality of practice;
- Work closely with the Academic Team and Coaches to complete admin work from the start of a class to the closing of a class: Conduct App orientation online/offline, schedule coach for class, Summarize and generate weekly report, track student progress, Campaign…
- Supporting and solving student’s feedback;
- Required to practice on the DynEd in the first 2 months: 4 hours/week;
- Other related tasks are assigned by the manager.
工作要求
- College/University degree;
- Proficiency in MS Office, Powerpoint;
- Good Management, Communication, and Customer Service skills;
- Time Management, Problem Solving skills;
- Proactive, agile, responsive, creative, patient, enthusiastic, able to work independently and on a team;
- Shift working is required.
- DynEd Entry level: 2.5+ (CEFR B2+) (to be tested during the interview round)
