职位描述
• Complete the task following the current recruitment process to achieve recruitment KPIs and targets
• Prepare and update Job description
• Job posting, CVs search - Services, Social, Forum, web, etc.
• Screening CVs, arranging interviews, following up, communicating with candidates and hiring manager
• Take care of candidates and support candidates to get jobs
• Report recruitment status to Manager and CEO
• Developing and updating the candidate data in Company’s system;
工作要求
• Have 1+ year of experience working in the field of IT recruitment
• Having a network of diverse recruiters and candidates... especially in the field of Human Resources, IT
• High level of proficiency in IT skills: GG docs, research skills, Microsoft skills...Solid knowledge of principles and practices of human resources administration
• Have a wide IT candidate connection on linkedin.
• Good communication skill, team work spirit. Integrity, high responsibility for work
