职位描述

- After get plan fabric in house from Purchaser and plan garment shipment from Planning, make detail new order file job by job and send order to sublimation print subcon. - Make Master plan ( to update status order and pushing send Fb,marker,layout, first bult... to on time) - Send fabric to Subcon after fabric in house and QC already inspect finished. - Follow up subcon to have 1st bulk ( normal lead time 3 days after subcon receive fabric). - After 1st Bulk approved , Follow up with supplier to catch up Master plan till delivery. - Weekly status sublimation print and send to all department concern. - Inform packing list detail to all department concern ( PPC cutting, Cutting team,QC team…) when sublimation print fabric in house. - When QC found sublimation print fabric have defect, will inform to subcon immediately to slove the problem. - Follow replacement sublimation fabric if have until inhouse and complete qty job by job. - Send re-order to subcon and follow until in house if production send Memo request. - After get statement payment from subon will check qty detail correct or not after that receive and issue in system (I Net). Print out all recevie report and send to Accountant. Send mail inform to Accountant recheck price and amount in statement payment again.
