Responsibilities

The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for controlling the product quality, ensuring the quality and reliability of the goods and ensuring that the output of the product runs in line with the sample product.

• Take full responsibility for the product output of the QC section.
• Check and supervise the implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality activities in the department, ensuring the process is in accordance with the company’s standards.
• Record all Quality issues, track necessary modifications arising from quality issues, customer complaints & put corrective action plans and actions in production plan.
• Timely detect problems arising in the production process and quickly find out the causes.
• Manage sample development to meet customer expectations.
• Make reports to the manager as required
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager or BOD
