Key responsibility: The responsibility of the PM is to manage all the functions of the production of the Company, under the direct supervision of the Operation Manager and Managing Director to ensure continuous improvements in operational excellence, cost down drivers, speed and inter departmental efficiencies.

 To develop and manage an effective plan of overseeing the production process and production schedule, .

 To enhance company’s LEAN work practices. 5S Kaizen etc.

 To exploit new technologies where appropriate to achieve cost savings ..

 Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs with QA.

 Cooperate with firm’s HR Department and develop skills training.

 Pre-production (planning) development.

 To embrace a culture and team spirit and leaning what it means to belong at Midway.

 Developing reporting procedures and systems to add value to department managers.

 Maintain and enhance health and safety guidelines across all processes in conjunction with HR and HSE.

 Perform any other duties within the bounds of Company policies that are requested by the GM.
