Project & Process Engineer

职位描述

- Design of manufacturing processes to reach established targets (capacity, quality, productivity, cost, etc.).

- Design evaluation for new design of new product /project . (Produced/ trial sample , evaluation of new design and feed to R&D adjust /improvement untill ok .

- Design tooling & arrange plan to produce samples and make relevant report after made samples.

- Management of equipment and tooling for new production lines: searching and selection, procurement, installation, validation.

- Release new processes related documentation (PFMEA, control plans, working instructions, etc.).

- Support in settup new line validation new machine production when required.

- Participating in teams for new design improvement. Give idea to R&D and trial/validation for new idea /new concept.

- Participating in teams for problem solving for root cause identification, and design and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate root causes.
