  • Ensure all Project Information is updated in CRM and all agreed sources of information have been researched (including internal sources from divisions). Ensure that all Project Information has been validated and confirmed. Information must include Value, Project start date, End date…
  • Follow up and ensure sale teams of different divisions often update their opportunities with stage – Qualified on time and correctly in CRM with correct information: Competitors, Products, Value, and Reasons…
  • Manage and monitor the input of data into the system including:
  • Directly entering data where appropriate
  • Monitoring input activities of sales staff and noting where activity is low or high.
  • Monitor data input for:

+ Accuracy

+ Completeness

+ Timeliness

Collect new real estate projects every week

  • Can work full time in 3 months
  • Good analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Good at communication
  • Initiative, result-driven, detailed-oriented and willing to learn
  • Good at English
  • Good at Excel is a plus
