Mô tả công việc

1. HR Policy duties:
- Be responsible for researching, building and developing new policy or revising existing policies for the full range of human resources areas;
- Research relevant regulations, rules, policies and practices of the Alliex entities;
- Initiate and drive new HR initiatives and projects as required;
- Follow-up on implementations of HR policies as needed.

2. C&B duties:
- Support HRM in the field of designing and developing Compensation and Benefits system.
- Prepare the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget.
- Coordinate C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
- Design and develop different schemes of the variable remuneration (incentive schemes for the Sales functions, bonus schemes for the Back Office and Enabling functions).
- Lead and manage compensation projects for the entire organization.

3. Performance/KPIs Evaluation:
- Develop and design Performance/KPIs Evaluation policy;
- Implement the Performance/KPIs evaluation.

工作要求

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration. (Top Universities (FTU, NEU, VNU, ...) are prefered.)

- At least 5 years experience in HR Policy, C&B,...
- Proficient in midsized company with 100+ employees.
- Experience working in Bank/ Financial Institution/Technology company is a plus.
- Excellent experience in: payroll and benefits, employee relation, C&B (building and developing from the beginning is preferable).
- Having experience in build KPI and performance evaluation is a plus.
- Good communication in English.
