职位描述

• The planning, execution, and closure of assigned projects

• Managing scope, cost, time, and quality

• Continuously identifying, assessing, managing, and communicating project success and risk

• Coordination of all involved team member activities

• Up to date project documentation

• Securing acceptance and approval of deliverables

• Mentoring and motivating the project team

• Provision of all required project specific plans

• Solving of project challenges

• Note: We’re working with hybrid model : 60 % at the office and 40% at home

工作要求

• 3-year ++ experience in software industry (especially web application), including analyzing requirements, writing code, implementing tests, and developing the working practices of the team

• At least 2 years of experience in project management with strong foundation of and enthusiasm in Agile/SCRUM

• Good command of English (written and verbal)

• Disciplined & commitment oriented

• Software Project Management Certification

• Experience working with GIT

• Experience working with TFS/Azure Devops or JIRA

• Experience working in an Agile team environment.

• We expect you to work independently and have high degrees of willingness to learn.
