Manager:

Understand quality CADDi’s quality standards and the quality requirements of customers and then communicate that information with supply partners to minimize the defect

Share and instruct necessary actions with team and partners to satisfy quality and delivery requirements

Improve quality level of supplier partners by introducing appreciated inspection and kaizen process

Set quality standard plan and execute necessary strategy to realize the exponential growth of CADDi platform

Resolve issues that come up (defect, delay, accidents)

Collaborate with other department for continuous quality improvement

Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations

Supervise inspectors and provide guidance and feedback

Lead small-mid organization and team

Train and guide employees to maximize the output of the organization

Member:

Requirements (Strongly Preferred)

Manager:

Experience as quality assurance/control manager role at factory, manufacturing sites or warehouses

Set and follow KPI/KGI to maximize the output of organization

Analyze, review and improve workflow to increase productivity

Member:

Experience in working at factory, manufacturing sites or warehouses

Set and follow KPI/KGI to maximize the output of organization

Analyze, review and improve workflow to increase productivity
