JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for Training Executive who should have in-dept knowledge in Community development, Training skill and interest in Technical or Crypto currency.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Work on the training program that align with the business goals.
• Organize the accordingly training courses to develop the community.
• Understand the internal ecosystem and carry out the training plan for weekly /monthly/ quarterly.
• Support and coach the community members with training technical for ongoing community development.
• Work with Business Development team to identify training needs and deliver its content to training courses.
• Work with Technical team to understand the basic techinal tools in order to coach the users/ community member. Colllect the feedback from users and forward to internal team for further development.
• Work on creating content for training programs across various media – video, presentation, audio.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication skill /online training skill
• At least 01-year experience of relevant experience in training & devlopment
• Good knowleadge in Techinal skill or crypto interesting is the plus
