Job description

  • Support to liaise with customers to get information to carry out the services;
  • Support to fill in relevant forms;
  • Supporting to collect or deliver dossiers from customers;
  • Support to contact with authorities;
  • Support to provide consultant services to the customer.

Requirements

  • College or University degree with the major in Tourism, Administration, English and other relevant majors;
  • Have a gentle and service- minded communication manner;
  • Could communicate by English well;
  • Detail oriented, carefulness is a must;
  • Good organizational skills and be able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel) and Internet surfing;
  • Being pro-active, honest, flexible, reliable hard working.
  • Third and Fourth year students are acceptable
  • Application and resume must be in English and attached with a recent photo, and copy of the transcript;
  • Name your file with quoting reference (Application – Visa and Immigration Consultant);
  • The total document file size must not exceed 2MB;
  • Deadline for submission: on urgent basis not later than 31 May 2022
