DISPUTE ASSOCIATE

Job Description:

• Professionally handle dispute cases related to the return process
• Clarifying the customer’s complaints, resolve customer issues or follow the escalation process
• Get new initiatives to improve processes, daily task
• Willing to learn new things and adapt to the new environments quickly
• Take high responsibility in serving customers by wow Customer Service
• Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making
• Get good technical knowledge of products
• Available to work at the weekend

Requirements:

• Really love customer service job and company commitment
• Good teamwork
• Good logical mindset, task-oriented
• Analytical with effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Personality: trust-worthy, careful, proactive
• Strong English skills are an advantage
