I. SUMMARY:

POPS Kids Learn is a leading innovative & interactive learning platform for Kids in Vietnam providing various content for kids which are safe and carefully curated. We are in partnerships with trusted Education content partners as well as individual trainers to bring kids interactive and engaging classes.

POPS Kids Learn is looking for an ideal candidate to support students, parents & teachers during the classes to ensure the success of classes and satisfaction of our users.

II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support users registering on POPS Kids Learn website to make sure that all students enter their classes in time.
  • Call users to confirm their attendance in trial classes.
  • Ensuring all classes go smoothly by checking and solving technical problems.
  • Be a bridge between POPS Kids Learn and parents to update the learning progress of all students.
  • Resolve complaints from parents and kids.
  • Update all teachers’ schedules every week.
  • Check students’ attendance & record class to send absent kids.
  • Send performance reports to parents after each course.
  • Work closely with the teacher experience team to ensure the quality of all classes.
  • Update all students’ status on the system.
  • Other tasks are assigned by the Class Support Lead.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good time management skills & problem-solving
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
  • Focus and attention to details
  • Able to work independently and have a team spirit
  • Responsible, honest, and straightforward
  • Having experience in educational services and/or learning platforms is a plus
