I. SUMMARY:

POPS Kids Learn is a leading innovative & interactive learning platform for Kids in Vietnam providing various contents for kids which are safe and carefully curated. We are in partnerships with trusted Education content partners as well as individual trainers to bring kids interactive and engaging classes.

POPS Kids Learn is looking for an ideal candidate to drive the sales target via telesales.

II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contact customers (parents) in POPS’ database to convert them to paid users
  • Identify customers’ demands to introduce and offer the suitable courses
  • Execute telesales activities to achieve the sales targets.
  • Maintaining customer databases and administrative relations
  • Weekly update sales reports
  • Training/ guide sales partners to contribute into the company target (if any)
  • Other tasks assigned by Telesales Lead

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 06 months of experience in a similar position (Consulting/Telesales)
  • Experience in educational services is strongly preferred
  • Good communications and selling skills
  • Able to work independently and have a team spirit
  • Hard-working
  • Be able to work independently and proactive under the high pressure
  • Fluent in English is a big plus
