Mô tả công việc
  • Welcoming guests and checking their details regarding their bookings
  • Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys
  • Answering phones from guests, taking messages, and delivering them
  • Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying, uploading POs on software
  • Responding to requests for help and information
  • Providing concierge services. Arranging travel and providing information about local amenities and attractions
  • Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments
  • Checking guests out, taking payments
  • In charge of Gift shop on Vessel (inventory, sales...)
  • Assist Purser in checking invoices, and order stocks

Stellenanforderung

Yêu cầu ứng viên
  • Possess a diploma or degree from a recognized College or University.
  • A background in hotels, conferences, or a multi-site catering environment within the hospitality sector.
  • Previous reception experience in a fast-paced professional environment, ideally in the hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Basic IT skills, including MS packages, and preferably experience in hotel systems.
  • English skills fluently. Proficiency in one other language would be an advantage.
  • Proven ability in proactive and creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to work on a vessel between Vietnam and Cambodia (Mekong River).
  • Ability to work during Lunar New Year.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to build productive working relationships with others.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Can speak Khmer.
