Jobbeschreibung

- Providing technical support, monitors and maintains the company computer systems and solves technical problems to ensure the whole

company runs smoothly

- To provide the office administration as a support service for staff and to maintain office security, safety and good environment

1. Administrative (40%)

• Regular payment of fixed costs: rent, telephone, internet, electricity,water, etc.,

• Procurement to assure facilities; office management, asset monitoring, school facilities; repair and maintenance as needed or on aregular basis

• Control of fixed assets of the Company, equipment maintenance, and problems arising when there are failures

• Supervise admin related activities at factories, including security, cleaning, etc.,

2. IT Helpdesk tasks (60%)

• Hardware and Software Operational Support

• Take responsibility for the maintenance PCs, Laptops, Door access control, and Printers…

• Manage network hardware including routers, switches & UPSs

• Monitor and notify staff of information, problems, and quality of internet service providers (VNPT, VIETTEL, FPT)

• Manage IT assets & maintain IT equipment and repair it when possible

• Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by Supervisor

Stellenanforderung

• Graduated from College of Information Technology or higher

• Experience working with network devices such as switch, IP Phone, laptop, PC, access point

• Good Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, …).

• Good knowledge of Network (LAN/WAN), Systems (Windows server, AD, permission, security standard), Backup data, Virus protection

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in IT hardware/software, Windows / macOS, networking, printing, antivirus

• High responsibility for confidential matters/reports/data

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving, adaptive, meticulous, creative, and dynamic skills
