Job description
- Coordinate with related department/person to set up after sales service center operation policy- Coordinate with related department/person to develop after sales service team and performance
- Train, motivate, and lead after sales teams to achieve set objectives and targets
- Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality
- Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services
- Build and establish good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue
- Direct and coordinate the customer service operation of a team to ensure clients are tended appropriately in line with set customer service standards
- Summary company after sales service report
- Interaction with all internal divisions (Sales, Marketing, Finance) of company.
- Maintaining database of customers and interested parties
- Other ad-hoc assignments and projects
Job requirement
- University degree, MBA degree is a plus.- 3- 5 years after sales experience in the Automotive industry, including 2 years in the managerial level.
- Self-driven, result-oriented with a positive outlook
- Good at strategic thinking, analyzing, forecasting, planning and managing.
- Good at leading and organizational skills.
- Mobile and flexible to travel
- Drives continuous improvement
- Computer skill (MS office)
- Good at English.
Job benefit
- From Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 17:15.- Lunch paid by company (Meal allowance).
