Job description

  • Take quotes from foreign agents
  • Contact, transaction with customers, foreign agents (in a bridging nature, according to the information between the agent/customer and the customer service staffs at the relevant branch)
  • Check ship/flight schedule with agents, track ship schedules/flight schedules until the goods arrive
  • Work collaboratively with relevant departments
  • Check inquiry for Salesman
  • Support Domestics and foreign offfices
  • Support inside sales
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Job requirement

  • Experience in the logistics industry for more than 3 years (export or agency).
  • Education level: university or higher majoring in economics, logistics, maritime, foreign languages ...
  • Foreign language proficiency: proficient in English (4 skills), and proficiency in 1 of foreign languages: Thai, Chinese ...
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Smart, Agile, Dynamic
  • Hardworking, sociable, high sense of responsibility
