Take quotes from foreign agents
Contact, transaction with customers, foreign agents (in a bridging nature, according to the information between the agent/customer and the customer service staffs at the relevant branch)
Check ship/flight schedule with agents, track ship schedules/flight schedules until the goods arrive
Work collaboratively with relevant departments
Check inquiry for Salesman
Support Domestics and foreign offfices
Support inside sales
Other duties as assigned by manager

Experience in the logistics industry for more than 3 years (export or agency).
Education level: university or higher majoring in economics, logistics, maritime, foreign languages ...
Foreign language proficiency: proficient in English (4 skills), and proficiency in 1 of foreign languages: Thai, Chinese ...
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Smart, Agile, Dynamic
