Main Job

Responsible for all issues related to Human Resources

Job Description

1. Recruitment

+ Receive recruitment order from other dept, prepare recruitment plan
+ Coorporate with website owner or other channels to post job, get CV and make shorted list, make interview, get final confirmation until candidate go to work
+ Groupware report (HN, HCM)

2. Control labor data and contract

+ Update labor list (all)

+ Register personal tax code for new employee
+ Inform for getting probation evaluation
+ Make / renew labor contract
+ Collect and keep labor profile
+ Labor contract termination


3. C&B

+ Insurance tasks (Govt. & life)
+ 24/7 accident insurance for staff
+ Check daily attendance / OT / Leaves
+ Process Labor discipline procedure
+ Generate & circulate news letter

4. Admin task

+ Monthly make GW payment
+ Monitor and do office-related tasks

+ Receiving phone calls, in charge of dispatching incoming and outgoing documents.

+ Manage files, official documents and contract documents for the provision of goods and services.

+ Prepare forms and administrative documents.

+ Manage stationery, office equipment.

+ Other office-related tasks as requested by superiors

Job requirement

+ University degree in HRM or equivalent

+ English: intermediate
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field
+ Have initiative, team builder and driving force abilities
+ Have good knowledge of HR practices and understanding of Vietnam Labor Law
+ Good command in MS Office Tools
