Job content

Source the efficient recruiting channels to attract qualified candidates
Execute talent acquisition plan and proactively build talent pools to meet future talent needs
Carry out the Talent Acquisition process(searching, screening cv, interview arranging) & on-boarding process for new employee
Assist in Employer Branding, Talents Program
Support in organizing internal events (birthday party, year-end party, etc.)
Support other tasks as requirements

4th year students or fresh graduated in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
Willing to commit to the internship full-time in 6 months
Good at English skill (prefer Speaking and Writing)
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
Enthusiasm, creativity, proactive and positive thinking

Internship Allowance
Work in an international environment in IT industry
Opportunity to enhance knowledge and practical experience in Internal Recruitment
Opportunity to take part in other HR field such as Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, etc.

Working time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday

Working location:Level 1, Block C, 27B Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, District 1, Hochiminh City, Vietnam (work at the office)
