Responsibilities

  • Source the efficient recruiting channels to attract qualified candidates
  • Execute talent acquisition plan and proactively build talent pools to meet future talent needs
  • Carry out the Talent Acquisition process(searching, screening cv, interview arranging) & on-boarding process for new employee
  • Assist in Employer Branding, Talents Program
  • Support in organizing internal events (birthday party, year-end party, etc.)
  • Support other tasks as requirements

Requirements:

  • 4th year students or fresh graduated in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
  • Willing to commit to the internship full-time in 6 months
  • Good at English skill (prefer Speaking and Writing)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, proactive and positive thinking
