Responsibilities
- Source the efficient recruiting channels to attract qualified candidates
- Execute talent acquisition plan and proactively build talent pools to meet future talent needs
- Carry out the Talent Acquisition process(searching, screening cv, interview arranging) & on-boarding process for new employee
- Assist in Employer Branding, Talents Program
- Support in organizing internal events (birthday party, year-end party, etc.)
- Support other tasks as requirements
Requirements:
- 4th year students or fresh graduated in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
- Willing to commit to the internship full-time in 6 months
- Good at English skill (prefer Speaking and Writing)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
- Enthusiasm, creativity, proactive and positive thinking
