Job description

Responsible to the BOD for legal matters related to the company’s operations, including:

  • Developing and implementing the Legal Division strategy, policies, and procedures in line with the Company strategy.
  • Managing legal team, organizing tasks and activities to protect the Company’s legal rights and legitimate interests during regular operations.
  • Following legal developments and trends in policies, bills, and updates on changes in the law and regulations affecting the company’s business.
  • Advising professional legal to the BOD for any legal action to be initiated to defend the interests of the Company.
  • Representing the Company in negotiations, disputes, consultations, and other proceedings that require legal representation

Job requirement

Yêu cầu ứng viên
  • Bachelors degree in law. Preferably postgraduate (master) degrees in Law and possessing a lawyer’s professional certificate.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance/legal or regulatory fields within large-scale enterprises (VNR500) or as a legal consultant in a law firm; including at least 5 years of practical management experience in the Compliance/Legal or Regulatory Department of an enterprise (VNR500) or a law firm.
  • Preferably, legal knowledge and experiences related to information technology, telecommunication, bidding, and domestic/international business.
  • Organizational management, training, and team development skills.
