Mô tả công việc

Responsible to the BOD for legal matters related to the company’s operations, including:

Developing and implementing the Legal Division strategy, policies, and procedures in line with the Company strategy.
Managing legal team, organizing tasks and activities to protect the Company’s legal rights and legitimate interests during regular operations.
Following legal developments and trends in policies, bills, and updates on changes in the law and regulations affecting the company’s business.
Advising professional legal to the BOD for any legal action to be initiated to defend the interests of the Company.
Representing the Company in negotiations, disputes, consultations, and other proceedings that require legal representation

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelors degree in law. Preferably postgraduate (master) degrees in Law and possessing a lawyer’s professional certificate.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance/legal or regulatory fields within large-scale enterprises (VNR500) or as a legal consultant in a law firm; including at least 5 years of practical management experience in the Compliance/Legal or Regulatory Department of an enterprise (VNR500) or a law firm.
Preferably, legal knowledge and experiences related to information technology, telecommunication, bidding, and domestic/international business.
Organizational management, training, and team development skills.
