Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Do a first approaching step to China company at Vietnam market.
  • Supporting in market analysis including market development with China Company segment.
  • Performing research toward identifying potential sales leads and pitches
  • Assist Manager in daily admin tasks such as: prepare quotation, contract, PowerPoint presentations, bidding documents, sales activity report, Sale force…
  • Scheduling appointments for the sales department, service providers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Searching for new market opportunities for the team by cold calling to potential customers and making appointment for sales if requested
  • Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
  • Other daily work assigned by leader.

Requirement:

  • Major in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Passion for logistics industry, experience in MNCs internship is a plus.
  • Fast learner, high motivation, and proactive work attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced internet company culture.
  • Chinese speaking (mandatory)
