工作内容

Do a first approaching step to China company at Vietnam market.
Supporting in market analysis including market development with China Company segment.
Performing research toward identifying potential sales leads and pitches
Assist Manager in daily admin tasks such as: prepare quotation, contract, PowerPoint presentations, bidding documents, sales activity report, Sale force…
Scheduling appointments for the sales department, service providers, suppliers, and customers.
Searching for new market opportunities for the team by cold calling to potential customers and making appointment for sales if requested
Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
Other daily work assigned by leader.

Major in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or related field.
Passion for logistics industry, experience in MNCs internship is a plus.
Fast learner, high motivation, and proactive work attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft office.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced internet company culture.
Chinese speaking (mandatory)
