Job description

Mô tả công việc
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and enhance market share.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Join regular sales training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Represent & support the Marketing team at industry events, exhibitions to promote our brand and products.

Job requirement

Yêu cầu ứng viên
  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience in manufacturing/ industry or a related industry is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
