Mô tả công việc

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and enhance market share.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Join regular sales training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Represent & support the Marketing team at industry events, exhibitions to promote our brand and products.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

At least 1-2 years of sales experience in manufacturing/ industry or a related industry is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel as needed.
