  • Support F& A Manager to organize the implementation of accounting operations, making vouchers, accounting books, and tax reports according to the tax law regulations in Vietnam.
  • Provide complete accounting data and support the Finance & Accounting Manager in consolidating and analyzing expenses, making judgments and appropriate solutions in business operation.
  • Support Finance & Accounting Manager to make financial statements and explanations to tax, audit, and inspection office, outside party upon request.
  • Compare tax duties status yearly.
  • Support the accounting staffs performance and ensure that the input and output vouchers are fully recorded, for the purpose of timely updating, the appropriate classification, and regular synthesis of arising economic transactions.
  • Ensure that the arising amount, the beginning, and the ending balance of the accounts are following the actual arising.
  • Prepare and declare the monthly/quarterly/ yearly VAT, CIT, FCT, license tax, CIT finalization, and statistic report under the Tax Law.
  • Compare social insurance notice monthly/ yearly
  • Organize the settlement of outstanding cases according to the decision of the Finance & Accounting Manager.
  • Propose the realities and solutions to improve; other tasks assigned by Finance & Accounting Manager
  • Oversee and manage the accounting of production costs, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Participate in inventory checks and fixed asset inventories, analyzing the causes of any surplus or loss of assets.
  • Handle the issuance of sales invoices, reconcile accounts with suppliers promptly, and follow up on receivables and payables in a timely manner.
  • HR:

    Compensation and benefits (40%)

  • Manage the monthly payroll & insurance -Trade Union Fee- PIT.
  • Finalize yearly PIT.
  • Implement the employee benefits prescribed under the Law.
  • Manage labor contracts for Vietnamese and foreign employees under regulations.
  • Update /instruct new law on Insurance & Tax for employees and the Board of Directors

    Yêu cầu ứng viên
  • Have strong knowledge of accounting regimes, accounting laws, and accounting standards.
  • Graduated from university [Major in Finance - Accounting – Auditing].
  • At least 03 years of experience in accounting & HR
  • Understanding of laws: Banking, Commerce, Civil, legal documents related to business lines.
  • Prior experience working in the factory or manufacturing
